360 DEGREE HISTORICAL RESEARCHES ASSOCIATION

The Association is formed of volunteers who are interested in history and the sea from different professions. It was established under the Honorary Presidency of Prof. Dr. Hayat Erkanal, the Head of the Archeology Department of Faculty of Languages, History and Geography (DTCF) of Ankara University. Our Association is working especially on maritime history researches. Our main aims are to advertise our country’s historical riches both within and outside the country and to hold exhibits and symposiums, to do reanimations, and to publish materials on these subjects. Our Association publicizes these activities under the title of “Marine Archeology and Experimental Archeology”.
