The purpose of this project is to enable the sea creatures that are about to extinct, to regain their basic behavioral habits such as reproduction, refuging and feeding. On the date of 17 May 2008, the Artificial Reefs were created in completion of the 1st phase of the project. The reefs are expected to be a shelter for the living creatures, thus helping development of fishing and seamanship in the region.
